Coachd is athlete management software for boxing. It closes the gap between coach and fighter in the days between sessions — and takes the admin off the coach: the scheduling, the chasing, the records.
Accounts are created in the app. Signing in here opens the coaching console — built for coaches and gyms. Fighters, everything you need is in the app.
Built for coaches - by a fellow coach
200+ fights cornered. I take athletes from zero to fight-ready and push competitive fighters to the elite level. That journey demands more than what happens in the gym — it demands investment in their schedule, their mindset, and their life outside the ropes.
Coachd exists because that level of coaching doesn't stop when the session ends. I built the tool I needed to stay connected to my athletes around the clock — not a generic fitness app, but something built from inside the sport.

What Coachd does
Every session, seen and answered
Athletes log every session — sparring, bag work, running, conditioning. Coaches see it all in real time and leave notes directly on each entry. No more "how did training go?" texts. Fighters choose what to share and what stays private, which is what keeps the log honest.
The Corner — coach's philosophy feed
Coaches post concepts, technique breakdowns, and training principles. Athletes read them between sessions and absorb the methodology. Your coaching reaches them even when you're not in the room.
Photograph the whiteboard, get a schedule
Already have the week written up? Photograph it — up to eight pages at once — or upload a PDF or spreadsheet, and Coachd reads it into real sessions on your fighters' schedules. Choose which ones land on your own calendar too, and set them to repeat until fight week.
Scheduling built for a gym floor
Put sparring, pads or S&C on the calendar and invite whoever's in it. Fighters confirm or decline, you see who hasn't answered, and one tap nudges them. Recurring slots repeat themselves so you set the week up once.
Fights & scouting
Log every fight with the date, opponent and result. Build a scouting record on opponents your gym has met before — stance, habits, what worked — so the next fighter drawn against them walks in already knowing.
Straight to the coach
Direct messaging between fighter and coach, and between coach and head coach. Questions land in one place instead of scattered across WhatsApp at eleven at night.
The nudge that closes the gap
A fighter with a session on the calendar and nothing written up gets a reminder that evening, in their own timezone — not yours. Sessions remind them beforehand too. Most empty logs aren't defiance, they're a forgotten ten seconds, and this is the fix for that.
Coach and fighter, one account
Plenty of coaches still compete. Switch between coaching your roster and logging your own training without signing out, and without the second account people used to keep just to have both.
At the desk
The phone is for the gym floor. The console is for the hour you spend planning the week — your whole roster on one screen, at coachd.org/app. Same account, no extra cost, included with every paid tier.
Reports
Four of them — attendance, program, by coach and by fighter — over 7 days, 30, 90 or the whole season, plus a report on any single fighter. Export any of it to CSV. Your opponent and scouting records stay in the app, deliberately: they are never in a report and never in an export.
The roster, sortable
Every fighter with their weight class, next fight, session count and status in one table. Sort by whichever column is the question you're actually asking.
Thirty days at a glance
A grid of every fighter against every day. The gaps are the point — a fortnight of blank squares next to a name is a conversation you need to have.

Weekly checklists that log themselves
Build a full weekly program for each fighter. Every session appears as a checklist on their dashboard — they tick it when done, add a quick comment, and it's automatically logged. No double entry, no friction.

Coach tasks
Ping your fighter. They see it instantly.
Send a task to any fighter at any time — a drill to work on, footage to review, a mindset note before a fight. It lands on their dashboard immediately and stays there until they mark it done.
